Карлос Гон (Carlos Ghosn), который в данный момент является главой и французского концерна Renault SA и японской компании Nissan Motor Co. заявил, что он может в установленном порядке отказаться от одной из двух должностейl.
54-летний Карлос Гон, бразилец по национальности, который последние три года выполнял роли руководителей сразу двух автомобильных компаний, заявил журналистам, что такое положение вряд ли будет продолжаться бесконечно. Однако найти преемника для одной из компаний будет не легко, а найти преемника сразу для двух компаний «будет очень и очень трудно» — сказал Гон. Карлос Гон отметил, что он готов расстаться с одной из руководящих должностей, но не уточнил, какой из этих двух коипаний он отдаст свое предпочтение.
На данный момент концерн Renault владеет 44 процентами акций компании Nissan, которая, в свою очередь, имеет 15 процентов акций французской компании. Обе компании тесно сотрудничают при создании новых платформ, двигателей, моделей легковых и коммерческих автомобилей. На некоторых рынках отдельные модели концерна Renault продаются под маркой Nissan.
